Is that totally free to upload researches?

I would like to know if it is totally free to upload researches to your website and publish them

Aida Yusifzada RG doesn't doesn't charge to upload, but mere uploading doesn't count as "publishing" as that is ordinarily understood in academia. However, unpubllshed material (preprints) that you upload to RG may later be submitted to journals for publication.
