While buying an automobile for self, is the knowledge of technical specification like Power@rpm, Torque, power to weight ratio matter? Do consumers really give any importance to these tech specs?
Buyers are not willing to spend money on connected features provided by OEMs, but they expect the car to be great by virtue of its price, ostensibly to be featuring all the setting associated with the brand.
Friendship
Friendship plays an important role in business transactions. Good personal relationship and feelings matter most in a long term agreement. Social contacts developed by parties gain priority over technical specifications.
Dear Azhar, consumers will probably always consider some technical specifications when purchasing a vehicle, because these specifications may play a role in the performance of the vehicle. Consumers probably do not only purchase vehicles based on considerations such as a brand name. Consumers, however, may differ in various aspects, for instance their involvement in the purchase and how knowledgeable they are about particular technical specifications. It also depends on what purpose the vehicle is purchased for. I embed the link to a brief Google Scholar search that relates to your question. Good luck! ツ
Dear Azhar, as mentioned above it's important to know what type of vehicle we are talking about. Next we should look at the type of buyer. When selling a new vehicle to maybe a old couple they might only look at prices, looks and size. However when selling for example construction vehicles to a company, information about tech specs will probably be the deciding factor whether they place an order or not.
