I would like to use a peptide pool to stimulate lymphocyte/T cell to check recall responses. Most of the peptide pool come as TFA salt but there are reports that suggest TFA salt based peptide (which are cheaper) are not ideal for these purposes. So there are other options such as acetate, hydroxyl or chloride salt based peptides (a little expensive ones). I would like to know which one is best for stimulating T cells (e.g.)? Also, do the mix of hydroxyl+acetate+chloride salt based peptides have same impact as their single counterparts (meaning: does the impact of just hydroxyl salt-based peptide is same as the mix of all 3-salts based peptides) ?
