Hello,

Can anyone please suggest me, Is target cell density matters when treating with Bone marrow derived MSCs condition media???

We are looking for the treatment of PCOS, by using an in vitro cell model in which we are treating the H295R cells with condition media of MSCs...

Can you please suggest me what should be the density of the treating cells. in this case the treating cells is H295R cells.

Please hypothetically determine the log concentration of cells to serial volumes of conditioned medium.

If that doesn't work, determine serial cell concentrations of a fixed log with serial volumes of conditioned medium..

If hypothetical calculation work, start experiment...
