Dear Piyali Bose If you mean https://www.seejph.com/index.php/seejph then the answer is yes https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21100900146 Update: In the meantime discontinued.
However you click on Scopus content coverage then you see a suspicious increase (10-fold!) of accepted and published papers.
Best regards.
PS. The only thing is that they mention: "Up to the 31st of December 2022, SEEJPH was published by Jacobs Publishing House, and since then, by Uphills Publishers LLC, United States." Nothing can be found about this new publisher...
(see https://www.seejph.com/index.php/seejph/about scroll down a bit for this info about the change in ownership).
Dear Piyali Bose Two ‘special’ examples. Both are journals with “issues”.
First “Cahiers Magellanes -NS” is the victim of hijacking see also https://retractionwatch.com/the-retraction-watch-hijacked-journal-checker/
and https://x.com/AbalkinaAnna/status/1815656035891216415 The original website is https://magellanes.net/book-series/cahiers-magellanes/ Not indexed in Scopus.
Second “African Journal of Biological Sciences” is a journal with serious issues see my reply of May 28th here on RG https://www.researchgate.net/post/How_can_a_single_journal_rapidly_publish_over_500_articles_in_a_short_timeframe_while_maintaining_Scopus_indexing_standards based on this I predict that this journal will be discontinued within 1-2 months.
Best regards.
First one is not listed in the UGC CARE list and the second one will be removed as soon as they lose their Scopus indexing.
