I want to develop a simulation model of pcm (water and ice) in a eutectic plate. its rectangular in shape in which tubes are placed inside eutectic plate for flowing refrigerant which is used to solidify the water. tube dia is 0.5 inch length 15 m refrigerant temp will b kept -12 to -30 deg. I need to simulate the phase change process as well heat transfer during this phase change. the plate has dimension 126cm*100cm*10cm is solidification n melting model enough for this??? if not so..what model should I follow???
