Is it right for some Publishers to accept review articles only from experts while ignoring those from other scientist who might have good knowledge & compilation skill on the subject matter?
Yea, a review article can be written by any scientist with requisite background on the subject matter as it involves the consultation of literatures to harness views and findings of other scientist or workers who had previously contributed to the subject matter. For a review to succssfully contribute to body of knowldge, humongous references must be cited as it gives opportunity to capture a whole lot of findings so that it can make the review fantastically robust. Note: a review article should in any way represent the opinon of the author if the author does not has a justifiable reference or citation for his position.
