In this project we are going to design a circuit, to control traffic lights on a four-way signal. This circuit is designed by 555 Timer IC timer and a decade counter. The timer generates pulses and these pulses are fed to the ten stage decade counter.

You can easily simulate a traffic light in LabVIEW. Every traffic lights working with a certain time interval so you can implement the time lag in between the light blinking. In front panel of LabVIEW it contain some indicator from that you can pick LED and change its dimension and colour according to your application.then you put some loops in Back panel so that how the light will be blink. if you want to implement some AI then you must get into some kind of coding.
