we are know that photon is a EM particle or wave and it can travell in space without any medium but please, any body can tell me that is this experiment scientists have done in space that photon is EM particle in space if this have been done then please let me know that what was the experiment and how it has done by using which type of equipments...
Note that if EM energy travels in waves, then a medium is required. This was what Maxwell hypothesized, Localized photons that would be self-propelling would not need an underlying medium.
No direct experiment was ever carried out directly in outer space to verify which of the two options apply, due mainly to the difficulty involved, combined with the added difficulty that EM energy moves at the speed of light.
However, since we can identify elements from the light coming from far stars, this meas that the intensity of the photons emitted is preserved across the distance while they travel to reach us, which makes it more than probable that they travel as separate particles,
Because if em energy travelled as waves, it would of necessity expand spherically from the point of origin so that it can be visible from all directions, and this would cause its intensity to decrease too much for em energy to reach us with sufficient wave front intensity to be detectable.
Oll characteristics of light and other EM frequencies gathered over the past century seem to support the particle photon solution.

Vacuum space is a medium that is polarized by electromagnetic waves. The space is not empty even with no air or gas.
Many experiments have been done in vacuum chambers and in space. Example bouncing radar off of the moon and Venus, and bouncing television off of Telstar satellite.
