I work with the antimicrobial activity of natural products. I found that on Mueller Hinton agar plate one of the natural product is producing circular partial inhibition zone around it. Will that partially inhibited zone can be considered as inhibition by that product?

Please attach the plate image. Usually, a partial clear zone can not consider as an inhibition zone. But if the result is coming the same for the replicates or the result is reproducible we have to look detail into it. Since it is a natural product we can't expect a very good inhibition zone like other antibiotics. And proper swabbing and preparation of disc with the compound is a little tricky. You can repeat the experiment either by well diffusion or try a higher concentration of the extracted compound. I have done a similar experiment with natural products with well diffusion assay and got a good and reproducible result.

You should do it multiple times. Avoid contomination, casually partial zone do not have more effect.

This may happen if your inoculum is not well purified. Try to purity your culture and standardize it as well. Repeat the same experiment at least three times before coming to a conclusion.
James Ayokunle Elegbeleye and Gaurav Charaya, at 1st I also had the same conclusion in my mind. To resolve, I subcultured the strain several times by peaking an isolated single colony each time. But there is no improvement. For everyone, I have attached a picture.
If you still have growth of some strains within the zone of clearance consider them to be the resistant strains. You may want to keep them for further analysis.
Is the culture pure upto species level or strain level, moreover problem can be because of antibiotic being used in low concentration. Try finding MIC level for these pathogens specifically for which you have added pics.Mohammad Al Mahmud-Un-Nabi
