Hello all

:-)

We have a landscape with old trees (deep root) that irrigated using conventional irrigation for years.

The watertable had been in 30 meter and now the water table is in more than 60 meter.

Because of water crises we try to change the irrigation systems to subsurface irrigation that wet the soil in 50 cm from the topsoil, the question is:

Is the deep root adapted to new condition of irrigation? or damaged?

Please help me to solute this problem

Thanks alot

Bita
