By saying nano pesticide I hope you mean little concentration at that level. If that is the case then I would say that the apart from concentration the risk of a chemical to human health will depend on:
(a)The nature of the chemical - Chemical of low concentration for example WHO Class Ia or Ib may equally be dangerous as compared to chemicals of WHO Class IV. Similarly very small concentration of endocrine disruptors (ED) can result into serious health consequences even if small amount is taken.
(b)The amount which is ingested also matters - If the concentration of the chemical is small but you ingest huge quantity you will face adverse health effects.
(c) The body weight of the consumers - You may have exposure of the same concentration to two different individuals, - The fact is that the person with lighter weight will be more affected. Also the person who is more susceptible will be more affected.
I think nano materials as pesticides, some of them can be safe .At the same time ,other nano particles may be not safe to humans and environment. Therefore , it is necessary to do acute and chronic toxicity before use.
