Paul: A teacher's enthusiasm for a subject can have a very positive effect on some students and can actually be contagious! I am an Economics professor and some students have actually written on the end-of-course evaluation that my enthusiasm influenced them and some even changed their major or minor to Economics after taking my course.
sicuramente la motivazione gioca un ruolo importante nella relazione fra docente e discente. credo però che più che l'entusiasmo per la propria materia, o la motivazione stessa, sia determinante il desiderio del docente e il desiderio degli studenti, desiderio che può andare anche oltre la materia insegnata: è sempre un desiderio dell'altro, potremmo dire il desiderio desiderante.
