I know that the method of accelerated chloride migration is suitable for OPC. Its results has been compared to results of ponding tests and quite fair level of conformity has been found. And what about CEM II B-V cement? Is the level of conformity of the two methods also acceptable?
Yes the method is suitable for concrete with cement replacement materials. You can refer to ChlorTest technical report (EU FP5 Programme). See the link below to download full report. The report also give an idea of the variability and repeatability of various tests for chloride ingress.
However if you are using geopolymer systems, be mindful that the results may not be comparable.

Yes the method of the chloride migration by thew ASTM C1202 (I do not know if is the same of the NT BUILD 492), is perfectly possible to use with any types of cement, from the Type I (without additions) to the Portland cements with any types of additions. It do not deppend of the type of cement used, but the concrete design ant the porosity obtained in the concrete.
ASTM C1202 (RCPT) and NT BUILD 492 (RCMT) are different. ASTM measures charge passed by current-time profile; NT BUILD measures rate of migration by depth of penetration.
Both of them are used for any types of concrete containing with or without mineral & chemical admixtures and any sorts of cement.
