What is the minimum specimen thickness in PERMIT measurements?

I would like to perform some measurements using PERMIT equipment. Are there any limitations in specimen minimum thickness? If so, where can I find information about it?

Interact with the manufacturer's manual of your permit equipment. There should be some clear indication about tolerance limit regarding the equipment and the approach you want to use. Perhaps your conditions are unique, I'll suggest you consider some form of calibration and standardisation processes.
