Is Jasco FT/IR 460 plus instrument driver software available on the internet ?

I have a Jasco FT/IR 460 pus spectrometer connected to windows 98.

even though i have installed the instrument driver (from spectra manager CD ). i could not make data acquisition terminated with error code 10. further, device manager shows the instrument as unknown device. I am wondering if it is possible to find windows 98 compatible instrument driver? i know that the software (spectra manager) i have was compatible for windows 95 and NT systems. will it be the source of the problem?
