I would like to know your opinion about these journals.
I have published without knowing it in supposedly predatory journals. I have received comments from reviewers and they have even rejected my papers.
Ajournal that acts like this can be considered a predatory journal?
I think there are many shadows about the quality of journals

Predatory and ‘parasitic‘ publishing practices are part of the competitive economic world. But: the nature of the trap is also the nature of the trapped.
With the increase of new publishing methods, ethical publishing is indeed a hot issue, in my opinion.

I understand your point and agree to it to a large extent. Beall’s list was in a way a real eye-opener at the time (I came aware of it round 2012 or so). Hardly any researcher realised the whole ‘business’ behind all this and what patterns can be seen in what is nowadays often referred to as predatory publishing.
However the list is not flawless and there are examples of borderline journals and publishers. Apart from that some journals and publishers are pretty damn good in misleading researchers so not all researchers published in such platforms deliberately but really wanted to publish with the best intensions.
The list also seems to overlook the problem for newcomers to work a full 100% according to standards that the big publishers are accustomed to (and can afford given the big margins they earn) and hardly allow the newcomers to upgrade their standards along the way.
Bioinformation for example is (still) on the list while nowadays they are included in Emerging Sources Citation Index (Web of Science):

Indeed the scope of the journal is very broad and a quick scan gives me the impression that the quality of the papers vary quite a bit, still I tend to conclude that this journal tries to do their best and allow people to publish their work (which can be pretty good and interesting). It is up to the scientific community to what extent this work will be appreciated or not.
So yes researchers can be victims of the seductive practices of publishers with bad intentions or sometimes choose a journal where they at least can publish their work (instead of just making another institutional report that nobody will ever see).
To a large extent I feel it is up to the scientific community to ‘judge’ someone’s research and not to two or three so-called experts. This a one of the reasons why PlosOne, International journal of Molecular Science and Scientific Reports are so big nowadays (they ‘only’ evaluate submitted manuscripts on the basis of methodological rigor and high ethical standards and NOT of perceived novelty).
