I have conducted a visual search task experiment for body perception using reaction time as the dependent measure where the display remains visible until the subject responds. I am considering whether to conduct another visual search task experiment that examines accuracy as the dependent measure where the duration of the presenting stimulus is below 200 milliseconds. The purpose of the latter experiment is to remove the influence of eye movements. From the result of the experiment, I can clarify whether the difference in the former experiment is led by the factor of eye movement. This part of the idea is from the reference below. Is the purpose reasonable and robust?
