Hi,

I came across a recent patent and paper where a CNT cathode and a semi-permeable nafion were used to reduce oxygen to water and permit glucose to pass through the nafion. In other words, the structure allowed only glucose to pass through the nafion membrane, depleting oxygen from physiological fluids.

Here is my question:

Is it possible to make a composite of CNT-nafion, so that it actively reduces oxygen and at the same time, acts permeable to the rest of the fuel (glucose in blood, for eg)?

thanks in advance.
