The photovoltaic effect makes it possible to take energy from the photons, and is a promising way of renewable energy generation. But, it doesn't work at night...
On the other hand, neutrinos travel in space and through matter at any time of the day. I believe they also carry energy, but is there a way to grab this energy and make it useful for mankind?
I'd say that those particles almost don't affect atomic matter and building any device that might obtain energy from them is practically impossible.
In the past nuclear physicists described neutrinos as massless particles (i.e., particles that have no mass but can carry energy). Such massless particles were used for balancing nuclear physic reactions/ equations from the charge standpoint.
Recent discoveries, however, showed that neutrinos have mass, but, it is so tiny (much lighter than the electrons).
If it is postulated that energy can be harvested from neutrinos, two questions would then arise:
1) At what cost?
2) Would it practical?
That is to say, both the technical and economical feasibility will have to be demonstrated.

The main specification of neutrinos is they their interaction probability with any other particle, and of course, any matter, is more than infinitely weak. Dr Bartłomiej Ciapała is right. No chance any energy transfer is available permitting neutrinos to be an energy source at human's scale.
Yes, but if the flux is high, i.e. the number of neutrinos crossing a given surface in a givne time frame is high, then a big number times a small energy can still give a high energy.
The reactor physics does not need this fine division of neutron energies. The neutrons can be roughly (for purposes of reactor physics) divided into three energy ranges:
Thermal neutrons (0.025 eV – 1 eV).
Resonance neutrons (1 eV – 1 keV).
Fast neutrons (1 keV – 10 MeV).
Even most of reactor computing codes use only two neutron energy groups:
Slow neutrons group (0.025 eV – 1 keV).
Fast neutrons group (1 keV – 10 MeV).
The Ice Cube experiment is another very perfect demonstration of the extremely small neutrino-matter interaction? Yes, in that process some energy is transferred. No, there is no chance to get enough energy to generate electricity (assumming this the queston) or cook one egg

I think that in the future it will be possible.
Only recently have we been able to develop effective solar cells industrially.
Possibly, the development of more efficient neutrino detectors will allow the generation of energy from solar neutrinos.
On the other hand, note that the most efficient neutrino energy capture system will never be more efficient than the simplest photon energy capture systems. The rates of capture (interaction) of these particles with matter are different by dozens of orders of magnitude. The flow of solar energy through photons makes any industrial project to obtain energy from neutrinos unfeasible.
About places without photons (spacecraft, pacemakers, underwater systems, automated scientific stations in remote parts of the world, among other environments), there are numerous efficient ways to obtain or generate energy, for example, through atomic batteries. Again, an industrial project to obtain neutrino energy for such situations is not viable.

It doesn't strike me that watchbatteries is exactly the kind of lucrative market to drive development of neutrino-energy devices...
Maybe it is cosmic rays that are being "harvested" in their device ?
One of the comments referred to neutrino detection requiring large-volumes of water... Specifically, the Sudbury Neutrino Obesrvatory has 1000 tons of heavy-water in a transparent sphere with a geodesic array of 10000 PMTs which occasionally capture a few photons from a neutrino collision.
All that stuff is deep in an old mine to shield it from cosmic rays

Scientists of the scientific and technological company Neutrino Energy Group, who created a nanomaterial from alternating layers of graphene and doped silicon, managed to find the "key" to generating electricity from the use of graphene motion in the 3D plane. Comment: It is my guess that 2400 such power generating plates connected in series / parallel combination could produce gross power of 7.2 kW and net power of 5-6 kW in a neutrino power cube. It has been mentioned above that there are 6 power generation modules in the neutrino power cube generator with a net power of 5-6 kW. So there could be 400 power generating plates connected in series / parallel per module and 6 such modules connected in parallel. In each module the 200 power generating plates connected in series and two such sub modules connected in parallel will produce 300 Volts DC at 4 Amperes. 6 such modules connected in parallel will produce 300 Volts DC at 24 Amperes. The 300 Volts DC at 24 Amperes will be fed to the inverter circuit to produce (300 / 1.44) which is equal to 208 V AC at 24 Amperes at 50 Hz frequency. This would produce (208 x 24) which is equal to 4.99 kW AC output at unity power factor load.

In late 2023 or early 2024, the first facility for the production of Neutrino Power Cubes 5–6 kW generators will start in Switzerland, however its annual production capacity of only 100,000 generators is incredibly low when compared to the market’s demands. The real breakthrough is expected in Korea, where construction of a megafactory is starting. The company’s production plans are to start production in the second half of 2024, and by 2029 the annual output of Neutrinovoltaic power sources should reach up to 30 GW with a further increase in production volumes. Just a reminder from my very long ago years as a University student. One single neutino, (at that time only one family on neutrinos was identified) was known to be able to cross the whole planet several times before being stopped.

The Netrino Energy Group claim that one of their power generating plates/modules can only generate 3 Watts of power each, which implies they would need 2000 plates to generate 6 kW. I questioned how they could pack that many generating plates into their Powercube along with inverters and control units. I suggested we have a Zoom meeting to discuss this concern. They agreed at first, but when we asked for date and time that we could discuss they never responded.
