Hello,

I am performing fluorescent IHC using 3 markers + DAPI on FFPE tumour sections. After mounting and imaging of fluorescently labelled sections, I would like to remove the cover slip and use the same section for hematoxylin and eosin staining to save on patient sections being used. I am removing cover slip in PBS heated to 75 degrees, but I'm not sure if the hematoxylin will work if DAPI is already bound to DNA. Has anyone ever tried this? Or is there a way to remove DAPI?
