Aluminum is present as alumino silicates. What do you mean with reduction? Itr is removal of the silicate, from glass-like material?

Actually if we see the composition of Fly Ash and Bottom Ash , which is quite similar content of bauxite with respect to alumina content. If we melt at very high temperature in plasma furnace with iron then as smelt reduction of bauxite is it possible to make aluminium alloy?

The aluminum is not present as a rather "easily handled" material like bauxite. It is alumino-silicate.
