The function of the brain is to regulate most of the physical, mental and social functions. A preserved brain function is also vital in healthy life. All the activities we do every day require millions of connections and complex relationships between different parts of the brain, so that we fit in the right way around the world around us.

For years, inevitably there is a deterioration of the part of the nerve cells, and consequently the damage to these brain functions. Is it possible to protect the brain from deterioration with age?
