Is it possible to prepare monosodium citrate by simply mixing the citric acid solution and trisodium citrate in the appropriate ratio and evaporation of water? Of course, this can be done with NaOH and citric acid as well, but this is not interesting to me.
Note that: 2H3C6H5O7 + Na3C6H5O7 → 3NaH2C6H5O7
