Is there an available protocol to perform physical fractionation of soil organomineral fractions using an ultrasonic cleaner instead of ultrasonic probe? If so, I would be very glad if you could share it with me.

Yes it's very much a possibility with certain defined application to soil physical properties
I think, you may use Ultrasonic cleaner to remove different sizes of particles from the sieves but for more analysis you have to take the help of other instruments. For example,if the particles larger than 4.75mm, then you may determine the specific gravity of soils by means of Pycnometer and so on...

I think so, but I do not know if the ultrasound waves, will impact on the microorganisms and fauna of the soil.
