I have a series of "continuous" jpeg images which I would like to import in a 3D reconstruction software as a set (one after the other if that makes sense). Is there a 3D reconstruction software that can do that?
Could you explain why do you need to import the image one by one in the software. And what kind of pictures is it? CT-scan or "normal" picture? Most of the 3D reconstruction software sort the pictures itself very efficiently. So you do not need to take the photo in "continuous series" as the software will stitch them afterwards.
Otherwise, if you are thinking about CT-scan, yes Fiji (a special package of ImageJ), will do the job.
