It is possible to measure some aspects and parameters of gait but no whole circle of gait. Another problem is current research, modern technologies and approach. Try to extract some gait parameters but always count that you should have some other "strong" sides in research.
It is possible if you have a dynamometric force plate,but not on a piezoelectric plate. But you have to measure one foot and after the other foot in two different tests. And it is easier to measure the COP on a balance test than in a walking test.
