Is it possible to increase number of Cores of computer while using PLAXIS 3D software?

I have presently 48 cores, but while calculation only 16 cores have been used. can anybody tell me; how to increase number of core for plaxis calculation?

Hi Shivanda,

If you have a serial number, you can call to Plaxis group and they can solve your problem.
