Is it possible to grow ZnO on ITO coated glass substrate by way of vacuum evaporation?

I am using inverted device structure in the preparation of OPV. The evaporation of ZnO on ITO often results in shiny and nontransparent thin film, even if we evaporate ZnO as thin as 5nm.

Hello. Incase you get help on this kindly assist also. Working with rGO and ZnO. Want to coat them on glass substrate. Can i use the normal microscope glass slide, or an ITO coated substrate? Which is the most suitable solvent for both? Tried Ethanol, Ethyl acetate but did not work.
