For amine conjugation: Would EDC chemistry work given that the GO has carboxylic groups?
For methacrylation: Is it possible to methacrylate the OH groups of GO?
How easy or difficult are the above reactions and reaction conditions?

It maybe easily grafted because of OH.but you must choose some kind of catalyst.
The DGO-COOH was converted to the amino groups according to the modified Schmidt reaction as shown in Scheme 1. Briefly, 3g of DGO-COOH was dispersed in toluene using ultrasonication for 30min under nitrogen atmosphere. The resulting dispersion was cooled to 5°C and 3 mL conc. H2SO4 was added drop-wise with continuous stirring. After 30min, the ice bath was removed and 3g of NaN3 was added to the above mixture in small amounts over 30min and stirred for 30 min at the same temperature. The temperature of the reaction was increased to 60 °C and the mixture was stirred for another 12hr. The resulting mixture was cooled and diluted with distilled water followed by filtering and drying under vacuum at 65 °C for 12hr. The final DGO-NH2 product was a black powder.
