Is it possible to find out terahertz spectrum for protein in Gromacs?

Hi, I am doing a research on the elucidation of fibrillar protein structure by THz spectroscopy and vibrational frequency simulation. I am using Gromacs for the simulation part of my research. I want to know if it is possible to find out the terahertz spectrum for protein by using Gromacs simulation. Thank you in advance!
