Dear, Yes, it is possible to export an image from Google Earth Engine (GEE) as an ASCII raster. You can use the Export.image.toDrive() function to export the image in a compatible format (like GeoTIFF), then convert the GeoTIFF to ASCII using GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS. So, during this conversion analysis, GEE does not directly support ASCII raster exports.
