I am trying to estimate load profile for different houses based on occupancy profiles, number of people, total rooms, and age factor. Is there a way to estimate energy consumption based on the data of these parameters? Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

All programs Calculating loads are guesswork calculations and not very accurate, I advise assuming the data if you could not get it, even electrical loads are predictive and not accurate so what you consume today may not be as much as you consume tomorrow, more importantly, the selection and development of optimization technology, available energy sources and modeling of electric power elements.

The work hours of the people living in the house. 3. Electric devices in the house. 4. Vacations and so on. The software is based on simulating the behaviour of people, utilizing the fact that people try to satisfy their needs. It is completely free and the output is reliable and we have used it in our research work several times. It can be roughly/probabilistically estimated, or if you have any previous datasets of energy consumption based on statistics, you can train a machine learning model to estimate the energy consumption based on these statistics. You can check the papers related to the statistical modelling of load profiles

Hello Muhammad Ali. You have many options. First you can use historical consumption (in one year) for same House profile. Secondly, it's possible to définie for each people the power electric needed (it's fonction to différent parameters). Thirdly you can evaluate the total power of the equipments installed in the house and then you can approximately calculateur the consumption according to the global load curve.
Estimating electric power consumption in a house requires multivariate analysis. The quantum of electrical devices and appliances used by the occupiers and their energy utilization capacity are usually considered in such analysis, among other factors.
Although the number of occupiers can increase the demand for electricity in a house, it can only be used to estimate power consumption in a multi-tenanted property where the rooms are the same and the occupiers use the same type of electrical appliances for similar consumption activities.
However, the number of occupiers cannot be isolated from other variables when estimating power consumption in a house.

Yes, this is very easy. It is based on the demand for energy.
If you know the profile of people (age, profession and time away from home, that is, working or studying) estimate this consumption by the number of rooms (size in m2) and financial purchasing power (this to know electrical appliances they must have at home).
There are tables of the individual consumption of each electrical appliance, and you can start from there to estimate the energy consumption during the day and during the night and have a good estimate.
For example, bathroom (with out the lamp) a monthly consumption of electricity from an electric shower turned on for 15 minutes a day, with a power of 4,500 W.
E (energy) = P (electrical power) × ∆t (time) [Watt-time]
∆t = 15 minutes = 0.25 hours
E = 4,500 × 0.25 = 1.125 Wh (Watt-hour) = 1,125 kWh (103 = k = kilo Watt-hour) total for one day.
In 30 days, consumption will be: E = 1.125 × 30 (days of month) = 33.750 Wh or 33.75 kWh
