PSMA radioligand therapy with Ac-225/Lu 177 PSMA for prostate cancer

Finally i got some reply on this post. No buddy better than Prof. Hofman on this subject.

I have treated one patient of CKD (GFR 29ml/min) with Lu-177 PSMA with dose reduction strategy and patient responded well with more than 80% decrease in PSA level.
