I want to make transparent polymer sample of N N dimethylacrylamide. But I don't know if it can be polymerized using AIBN or some other initiator under heat.

Yes it is possible to carry out free radical polymerization of Diethylacrylamide using AIBN under heat.
It can be done on the similar lines the way we do it for N-isopropylacrylamide under nitrogen atmosphere at a temperature of around 65C for 24 hours.
It is not only possible but is also easy if AIBN is given the mild heating it needs to dissociate, if the monomer is pure & dry, and if the polymerization is carried out under the inert blanket of dry nitrogen.
I polymerized some N,N-dialkylacrylamides (not your monomer!) nearly 37 years ago by the free radical method & I was surprised by the high yields they gave. I did not include this work in my PhD thesis because I was trying the "tough" challenge of converting poly(N,N-dialkylacrylamide) to poly(N-monoalkylacrylamide) but that was considered impossible by one of my teachers.
