Is it possible to distinguish between soy protein and whey protein using histological staining methods (including fluorescence stains)?

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a staining method to locate dispersed WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate) in a SPI (Soy Protein Isolate) matrix.

The proteins I am examining are definitly denatured.

I try to find a way to mark the interfaces of the phases.
