I have been doing tomography assays using a GE X-Ray Micro-CT-Scan. I didn't realise that I would probably have to have a calibrated sample to determine the densities I am observing on my coloured final images. I have used NIH table colours, but I haven't found a numerical table that determine the pixel values and the hues used in this table. So I would like to know if there is another way to measure the densities of my samples without having to redo all the assays. In any case, density relative values are the are overall the best way to compare my samples now?
