Is it possible to determine the flow rate of passing natural gas from axial flow valve (pressure regulator)?

Hi everyone,

The axial flow valve (AFV) is used to regulate the pressure at the natural gas stations. To adjust the flow rate of the various lines at the station, a meter must be installed on each line. I wanted to know is it possible to determine the flow rate of passing natural gas from axial flow valve (pressure regulator) without installing meters?
