Hello,

As part of a collaborative experiment, my colleague collected blood samples from rats to test the levels of an antibody that the rats were previously treated with. These were subsequently frozen and stored at -80C after which they were shipped to Norway in dry ice from the UK for the plasma to be tested. However, due to an error by the courier company they came back to us 4 days after they shipped but without any of the dry ice. The samples seemed to be around 8 degrees however, seemed a bit coagulated. They have been placed back in the -80 fridge again. However, have we already lost the samples or is it still possible to detect the levels of the Ab from the serum??
