MATLAB has a PDE toolbox based on finite-element. In addition, the commercial software COMSOL started off as a MATLAB toolbox called something like FEMLab. It is also possible to control and call commercial software like Ansys from MATLAB, but the documentation for this is poor in my experience.
As Dr. Raymond Said, COMSOL Multiphysics built a live link of the MATLAB at the time of the installation and for others Softwares like solid works, excel etc.. You can try it.
The FEATool Multiphysics (https://www.featool.com) toolbox is written in MATLAB and therefore also naturally integrates with Simulink, custom m-script functions, and other MATLAB toolboxes.
