Is it possible to conduct trial sequential analysis for network meta analysis, for example, using TSA software?

Hello. I've never done so but it is possible, indeed is what TSA was made for as it has been stated in their website. The fact is, it is a complex process due to statistical reasons, all of them related to multiple and sequential sampling, but in a short answer, yes you can.
