Is it possible to collect Specific Yield of an alluvium?

I have to calculate groundwater loss that's why I need to collect Specific yield of an aquifer in alluvium.

If you have access to monitoring well(s), you can conduct aquifer test(s) and use a program like AQTESOLV to calculate the specific yield of the alluvial aquifer.
