Is it possible to administer RNA snthesis inhibitors (DRB, actinomycin D or α-amanitin) intraperitouneously or intravenously in the mice?

This drugs have been used before, but only with local injections in the brain of rodents, which would require surgery, or, systemically in invertebrates. Therefore I am not sure systemic injections in rodents would be appropriate.
