Can you diagnose this Zebrafish issue?

I have had a sudden die off of Zebrafish. All water quality parameters are optimal. I have also started treating for fungal and bacterial infection but I want to make sure I am on the right track. Does anyone have any hints or recognize the condition in the fish pictured below
