No, the statement doesn't make sense.
The cosmological constant isn't anything more or less than an energy density-by definition.
In classical physics the cosmological constant doesn't ``arise'' from anything-it's a property of the spacetime geometry and is identified with the energy density of a spacetime geometry, in the absence of matter.
Its numerical value is as arbitrary as that of Newton's constant, in classical gravity and can't be deduced from anything else.
