I was wondering if an increase in neurotransmitters such as NE will lead to an increase of B3AR expression?

Based on general rule which states: higher level of ligand leads to downregulation of receptors, we roughly conclude that the B3AR gene may underexpress. Please review the Kd and other kinetics parameters in this context.
