I am trying to prepare amine functionalized porphyrin and proton nmr shows some weird shift. Is it due to intermolecular interaction ?

Yes, Zn can form coordination bond with amine group at para position, your observed sift in NMR signal is good indication. Good Luck

Yes, I agree with the earlier posted answers, it can coordinate; if you need to avoid coordination in solution, you can dissolve it in coordinating solvents, like e.g., THF, pyridine etc.
