How can I apply external DC voltage to the sample in PFM mode ?

I want to eliminate the electrostatic effect between the tip and the sample by applying DC voltage to the bottom electrode and then performing Piezoresponse microscopy. How can I do this in PFM mode, I am using Nanoscope Software. TIA
