I have done XRD rietveld refinenments using Highscore Plus software. The issue is i have done refinements using several structure for my sample but the Rwp value is more than 10. Some researchers said that the acceptable value for Rwp must below 10. In my case, what should i do in order to get the Rwp value below 10 or is it ok if the value more than 10.
