I am currently comparing three different methods for the same samples with a "success" or "failure" outcome for each method. Cochran's Q would be the ideal test for this data according to my superficial research.
However, I have summed up the results into tables with "True Positives", "False Positives", "True negatives" and "False negatives". This type of data can be compared with Chi's squared test I think.
So my question is, am I allowed to use the summed up data and use a non-paired test or should I keep the data as is and use the paired test?
